In short. The App is a free-to-play Android game with optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Play fairly. Do not reverse-engineer or abuse the services. Privacy details are in the privacy policy.
1. Who we are
The App and this website are provided by Smart Apps Factory - ASSERT SOLUTIONS IT PIOTR DOBRZYŃSKI, ul. Ludwika Waryńskiego 2b-11, 26-610 Radom, Poland. Contact: smartappsfactorydevs@gmail.com.
2. The service
Core Reactor: Idle Strategy is an idle strategy game for Android. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Features, balance and availability may change.
3. Purchases
Optional one-time purchases (for example Cores, Operator Pro, cosmetics) are sold through Google Play. Prices, taxes and refunds follow Google Play’s rules and the price shown before you confirm. Power and Contract stars are not for sale - the shop is convenience and cosmetics.
4. Ads
The free App may show ads (rewarded and limited interstitial). Consent for personalized ads is handled by Google’s User Messaging Platform where required. Operator Pro removes interstitials and grants rewarded benefits without watching an ad.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, automate or manipulate hardware signals to abuse rewards beyond normal play.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other players’ data.
- Do not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the App except where mandatory law allows.
6. Intellectual property
The App, name, design and content belong to Smart Apps Factory or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer law in your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
